1. Website owner

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents automation-related services and allows you to send an enquiry. Content on the website is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, a guarantee of results, legal advice, tax advice or a promise to start work.

3. Enquiries and contracts

Submitting a contact form, booking a conversation or sending an email does not create a contract and does not oblige either party to cooperate. The scope, price, timeline, deliverables, access requirements, payment terms, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality and support are agreed individually in writing before paid work begins.

If a consumer contract is concluded at a distance, mandatory consumer information and any applicable withdrawal rights will be provided before the contract is concluded.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and only submit data you are authorised to disclose. You must not send unlawful content, malware, confidential third-party information without authority, or data that infringes another person's rights.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, design and code are protected by applicable law. Rights to project deliverables are defined only in the separate project agreement.

6. Liability

The website is provided on an informational basis. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted availability, error-free content and suitability for every purpose are not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law and complaints
