Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Roman Avramenko processes personal data submitted through automationroman.space.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Roman Avramenko, a private individual based in Poland, correspondence address: Al. Tysiąclecia 5, 62-400 Słupca, Poland.
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact: romanavramenko777@gmail.com.
2. Data collected
When you use the contact form, I may process the data you choose to provide: name, email address, company or project name, current tools, requested automation type, message content, and contact details such as Telegram username, WhatsApp number or phone number.
Please do not send special-category data, passwords, payment-card data, identity-document numbers, health data or other confidential data through the form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
I process your data to read and answer your enquiry, assess whether cooperation is possible, and take steps requested by you before a potential contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a possible contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest of handling business correspondence and protecting the website against abuse.
I do not use enquiries for marketing newsletters and I do not sell personal data.
4. Recipients and transfers
Contact-form submissions are processed using Formspree, Inc. and delivered to my email inbox. Hosting and technical delivery are provided through Vercel and the source code is stored on GitHub.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer occurs, it must rely on an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism used by the relevant provider, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Enquiries are retained until communication and assessment of potential cooperation are completed, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, comply with a legal duty, or conclude a separate contract.
6. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis.
You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO).
7. Automated decisions and security
I do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect data, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
